PROCESSING TIME


All orders are subject to a 24-48hr processing window (not including the weekends or holidays), before being shipped out!

 

 

What is 'Processing Time'?

Processing times are NOT included in the delivery time.

Basically, processing time is the amount of time between the moment you place your order online and the moment we not just see an order has been placed, but actually take a look at your order and begin to put it together.

How do we ship your items?

We usually use FedEx, DHL, or USPS to ship your order.

We will also use these shippers on occassion - TNT, GES, ARAMEX.

 

Where does your order come from?

 

Like most retailers we receive our supplies and inventory from some overseas suppliers.

We have inventory in an USA warehouse.

IF and WHEN 

that inventory runs low we will use inventory maintained by our suppliers at their warehouse facilities.

USA Warehouse

US orders can be shipped from our USA warehouse.

The Average Time to Have Items Delivered: 10 - 14 working days by FedEx & DHL

USPS is experiencing variable delivery rates and we are experiencing approximately 14 to 21 days for orders to be delivered to our customers.

 

In order to continue to be able to provide our customers with a free shipping option

we do our best to ensure that items are delivered in a timely manner

but also without a high cost

being transferred to you for the service.

China Warehouse

All international orders can be shipped from China warehouse.

Main shipping methods: DHL, FEDEX, TNT, GES, ARAMEX, DPEX

Time:  10 -14 working days to arrive with regular free shipping

  2. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure you have entered the CORRECT ADDRESS,  

  3. CHANGING YOUR ADDRESS AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED IS NOT POSSIBLE

  4. WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING IF YOU ENETERED THE INCORRECT ADDRESS ON YOUR ORDER AND YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

 

THERE WILL BE DELAYS IN DELIVERIES DUE TO CERCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL..
