Founded in 2019 by Reina Dorado

~ a passionate hairdresser, devoted mother, and driven entrepreneur ~

 Reina's Search! 🔎

was born from Reina's early experiences styling hair in her home, clients' homes, and in salons.

Like so many young women offering beauty services in states where certain hairstyling practices don’t require a license,

Reina was able to establish a living braiding hair, providing weaves, and performing other hair extension styling techniques.

Recognizing that there were no clear standards regarding quality

~established during her lifetime, or her mother's lifetime~

regarding the purchase and sale of wigs (human and synthetic hair included).

In purchasing these items,

we rely primarily on experience and word of mouth.

Realizing a gap in resources, education, and professional support for both licensed and unlicensed beauty professionals.

With a mission to empower individuals both professionally and financially,

has grown into a platform dedicated to education, collaboration, and community.

Reina has worked with consultants across the country to provide resources and opportunities that uplift and inspire.
